Week 3 PTR!

So I have been behind in posting and I sincerely apologize to the 6 followers I have, one including my mother...as well as the potential 3 lurkers that might happen upon my page every other day only to be disappointed that there is nothing new...

This week for Project Toddler Runway, the challenge was Sequins, Feathers, and Fur, oh my!  And let me tell you I spent about 4 days sulking over not being able to figure out how I was going to put all of these things together....and make it look not only appropriate for a 0-10year old, but vote worthy...classy...inspired!

Here is my entry, I am allowed to share because the poll has now closed and .....according to the numbers....
I WON WEEK 3 TOO!!!
I give you, Girl's Night Out....

Ready for a night out with your best girlfriends!  Every girl loves to get all dolled up!
A fully reversible ruffled shrug.  A pattern I hope to have up for you by the end of the week!!  It will be my first time loading a pattern...onto the scary interwebs.....but I will be a big girl and give it my best effort!

I also too a little cami tank (bought) and embellished it with a flowing over stated ruffle, so glamorus!  She loves the shirt, and I will have to make her 1,000 more I am sure...maybe some with sleeves so she can wear it to school and strut her stuff....let me know if you would like an instructional about that as well.....

And, finally, the sequined mini!  I want one for myself, but I know it would not look near as cute on me!  The fabric was truly a bear to work with, my first time, but I think the end result was more than worth it!!  It is lined...and I think as soon as I get the courage to do it again, I will take pics this time!  The microfiber leggings and pantent leather pink shoes were both purchased.

Thanks so much for the support and the votes!  On friday the Shwins reveal our latest projects, and I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous!!!
I feel it necessary to let you know that my model was extremely professional throughout the entire shoot.  We had a very very cold and wet day for South Texas, it was 34' and I just had to force her outside to take some with what natural light we could find....
My Daughter, My Love, truly an amazing little girl, with as much grace as her mother!
