While I'm making progress on the table project, I'm certainly not breaking any speed records.
But I did get a layer of primer on! Using a brush on the base...
And a roller for the tabletop.
Next I need to lightly sand and probably apply another layer. This isn't as bad as it sounds, the sanding will take ten minutes tops with the second coat of primer taking another 30-45 minutes. Perhaps I'll get to it this weekend...while watching my husband mow the backyard?
But in the meantime, if you're impatient with me, here are similar projects I've spied in the last couple of days around blogland. I guess it's the season for painting round pedestal tables!
